Save the Last Dance? More like Save the FIRST DANCE. FROM HAPPENING. Get ready to raise a tall glass of Cherry Washington with the women of Drunk Feminist Films as we collectively box-step our way through teen drama, weird dads, and white tears.

This time, we’re bringing the fun to a new location: the Hot Docs Ted Rogers Cinema (formerly known as the Bloor), conveniently located around the corner from Bathurst subway station!

Doors: 7:30
Showtime: 8:30
Hosts: Aisha Brown, Anasimone George, Kyrell Grant

General admission: $16
Student/senior: $13

Tickets go on sale June 21 at noon. Sign up for our email list to get the ticket link in your inbox as soon as they go on sale: http://eepurl.com/b41X6L

Accessibility Info:
The film will be screened with subtitles. Please let us know by July 5 if you require ASL interpretation for the commentary. There will be a spot to indicate your need for ASL on the form to purchase tickets.

The cinema has wheelchair-accessible seats, and there is also an accessible washroom. Please do not wear scented products to DFF screenings. All washrooms on-site will be open to people of any gender at this event. We ask our guests to avoid making assumptions and comments about other guests' bodies or gender identities (e.g. which washroom equipment they use).

About DFF:
At Drunk Feminist Films, we would rather laugh than cry our way through Hollywood representations of gender, race, sexuality, class and other aspects of identity. Join our hilarious hosts for #hottakes, and a play-along, shout-along movie going experience complete with a feminist drinking game that breaks down everything we love, loathe and find problematic in Hollywood movies.
