Ihsan is an Arabic term meaning “goodness” and/or “excellence.” It is the idea of expanding one’s inner faith (Iman) to manifest both deeds and actions with a sense of social responsibility.
At MAX Mentors, we believe there is no limit to human potential. In fact, we believe that our greatest competitor is not the person beside us but rather the person inside us. Defeating our inner-competition will surely propel us in our pursuit of Ihsan. Through hard work, dedication and perseverance, each of us has the ability to achieve Ihsan in and out of the workplace.
As part of our MAX Cafe to be held on September 14, Our speakers will discuss the recent developments in the research into peak performance and excellence, and the key takeaways we can pragmatically and immediately integrate into our lives. They will discuss how excellence can be honed with the Islamic concept of Ihsan. And finally, they will discuss how the pursuit of excellence in and of itself can create what many of us are missing in our workplaces: contentment.
